How to Make All-Natural Massage Oil

Nothing is more relaxing than a massage. This massage oil recipe uses apricot kernel oil as a carrier oil because it is light, easily absorbed and won’t stain the sheets. Feel free to substitute sunflower oil, apricot kernel oil or another carrier oil of your choice. We’ve formulated two different essential oil blends to customize your massage oil. Sweet orange, eucalyptus and peppermint combine to energize and uplift your spirits. Lavender, rosemary and bergamot are the perfect relaxing blend to soothe you. If you would like to use your own essential oil blend, check out our essential oil blending guide for tips.
